Happy Friday y'all! It's been a few weeks since we brought you the FINALLY FRIDAY posts, but don't you worry! We're back this week!
Emily
1) Why are there not enough hours in a day? I work 9+ hours, come home, Charlie and I make dinner, I play with Paisley for all of about 3 seconds and it's already time for her bath and bedtime! I'm trying my best to accomplish things after she goes to sleep, but that normally results in me being up way too late at night!
2) My mom and I are finishing up her front porch this weekend and I'm so excited to show y'all the final reveal. It's not even halfway finished yet, and I'm already in LOVE! Things have changed colors, things have been built, sanded, painted, sprayed, re-purporsed and every other DIY thing you can imagine, has happened. This may just be one of our best reveals ever....
How's that for a cliffhanger!!???
3) My awesome friendsforced talked me into running jogging walking a 5K with them in September. I'm not a runner. Not even a little bit. I was a softball player and dancer in high school and was forced to do a lot of running and I hated it then too. However, now it's a whole lot harder to get ready for. At least in high school I was used to running! Now, I run a mile and I die immediately after! I'll let you know how it goes.
4) Speaking of running, I really need to invest in a good pair of running shoes. I like to tell myself that would help? Suggestions???
5) Paisley met one of our chicks, Loretta, the other day. Did you see the video on Charlie's Instagram or our Facebook? If not, you've got to see it. IT IS TOOOOO ADORABLE!

1) Hey folks, it seems like it has been forever since I have looked at a computer screen. Speaking of not enough hours in the day I don't know how, you with multiple children survive the day. The days I have Paisley I try to accomplish the household chores. You know laundry, dishes, picking up the house. Yea, I feel like as soon as I get one task done another one gets added. Then throw a 15 month old in the mix, borderline paranoid schizophrenia sets in. Mad props to you stay at home mom and dads especially those with multiple kids.
2) My baby chicks are growing like wildfire. Emily has already started to give them identity problems since everyone I pick up to show Paisley is named Loretta.
3) I'm going to a livestock auction with a buddy this coming week. Should be an interesting night. I'm sure Em will be sending me texts saying no more animals. ;)
4) Ok, its been awhile since we've done the finally Friday, so I figured I'd share another inspirational video with ya. (you probably need to get the tissues Leann). It is a story about a young boy named Jayden Lamb. Jayden was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer that attacked his central nervous system. After he passed away at the age of 9 his parents decided to "pay it forward" in honor of their son. Well, lets just say the rest is not history but proves that the future of humanity is not completely lost.
Hope that video inspires you this weekend!
