Thank You Card for Wedding Reception {Free Printable}

Y'all remember my beautiful friend Brie, right?

And, her amazing rustic wedding covered in burlap and lace?!?!

Well someone in Pinterest world when buck wild on that post recently and everyone's dying to have the Thank You Card printable file!

I'd love to take full credit for the beautifully written note, but in all seriousness....I found it on pinterest, too.  I designed one for my wedding about 4.5 years ago (<--holy crap? Was it really that long ago???) Then, designed another for Brie and Tim's wedding last year.

People have been asking daily for the file, so in an attempt to get the file to you quicker than me emailing it.......HERE YA GO! :)

We used the purple and yellow version for Brie's wedding but I turned it black and white for you just in case that would work better.  Just right click and save to your computer.  You can use Picmonkey or any editing software to add your names at the bottom.  Or else of course, just cut that part off if you want!  We printed them in 5x7 size on Kraft cardstock paper.  They turned out beautifully and gave such a nice personal touch to all of the tables.

I hope they work for you like they did for Tim and Brie!

Have a great week everyone! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Brie's Rustic Wedding {Burlap & Lace}

***(Update: if you've found this post because of the Thank You card on the table and you'd like to get your free printable file, click HERE! )

I've only been talking about this wedding FOREVER, right?  Well, it finally happened!  This past Saturday was Brie's big day and I must say she was downright beautiful and everything went great!

We literally DIY'd our happy little selves through this entire thing.  For the past year everyone who knew Brie was saving jars.  Salsa jars.  Spaghetti sauce jars.  Pickle jars.  Baby food jars.  All jars were being saved.

We made all of her bouquets, corsages and boutineers.  Every table centerpiece and all of the head table decor.  Backdrops, signs and personalized guest book.  Even her garter and head piece were DIY'd.  Like, EVERYTHING!!!

This saved Brie a ton of money, plus we really got to create exactly what she wanted.

WARNING:  If you aren't in the mood to look at a few gazillion pics, you should just close your browser now.  I may or may not have gone a little photo crazy.
Even if some of them are with my phone because I left my camera at home.
(stupid. stupid. stupid.)

We went simple with the ceremony.  Just some purple pom pom balls and big burlap bows with baby's breath.

A sweet shot of the beautiful couple right after the wedding.

We used a beautiful ivory lace that had a little stretch to it for her DIY Garter.  We measured her leg and had my grandma sew it together.  We bought some fabric flowers in the scrapbooking department at Hobby Lobby and hot glued them onto the lace.  I just love how beautiful and classy they turned out!

Now for the centerpieces.  We used jars, wine bottles and baby food jars.  All were wrapped with a mixture of burlap, lace and jute.  One jar on each table had an engagement picture printed on vellum mod podged to it.  Then, we lit candles inside making the photo glow.

I created these "thank you" cards  and menu cards using Picmonkey and we printed them on brown kraft paper.

We used more burlap and lace as a backdrop for the head table.  Plus signs with the Bride and Groom names.

I used some burlap to make a Mr. & Mrs. sign for the head table.

Brie used all of the engagement photo's that I took and created an awesome personalized guest book online.  She also had wine bottles setup and note cards for people to leave them messages in for them to read on their anniversaries.

Cue bad iphone photo's here...

We had so much fun prepping for this wedding and I hope it was all Brie could have ever dreamed of.  She was absolutely stunning!  Tim sure is a lucky guy! ;)

Are any of y'all planning a wedding right now?

Are you DIY'ing it all too?

We'd love to see some photo's!

Life Lately @ The B&W House

We've started so many projects lately!  So, I thought we'd take a minute and give you some sneak peaks, since it may be awhile before the final reveals are posted!

I have spent some time with one of my girlfriends working on her upcoming wedding.  She asked me to help with all of the planning and I couldn't be more excited!

I designed her wedding invites and coordinating info cards in PicMonkey!

Then, we got together and started on her bouquets.

My house became an all-girl house on Saturday night as we celebrated Brie's upcoming wedding with a Bridal Shower and Bachelorette Party!

Remember when we talked about my mom's front porch makeover?  And, all of that porch swing inspiration?  Well here's a REALLY BIG sneak peak of that project!

How awesome is this...???  Cannot wait to finish this project!

If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen this photo.
It attacked me.
I almost died.

Friday morning I hit up a yard sale before work and scored this beautiful headboard and footboard.
And I practically stole it at $35!!!

This happened ON MY PATIO the morning of the Bachelorette Party which was scheduled to take place that evening on ON MY PATIO!!!!

I decided that the guilty one was definitely trying to cover it up...

We've been putting in some major man hours outside trying to spruce up our patio area.  I really should have taken a BEFORE picture.  We had a few bushes planted here and they were completely taken over by grass and weeds.  We dug them up, tilled it up, layed some gardening fabric and replanted them.  We also added some patio pavers.  We still have a little left to do, but you won't believe how much better it looks right now!

And lastly, I love snapchat.  Because while I'm at work all day, I randomly get photo's like the one below and it helps me get through the rest of the day!

HOWDY!

Thanks for stopping by today! Check back often to see the final reveals of the zillions of projects we have going on! :)

Don't miss out on anything! Make sure you're following along!
