Finally Friday {Take 12}

We're bringing back Finally Friday!!!

If you have no flippin' clue what I'm talking about, you can get caught up here.
And as in caught up, I mean the last Finally Friday post was a year and a half ago!!!!  ooops.

Emily

1)  Me and the girls at my office started a work out session during our lunches on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.  One of us brings a healthy lunch and we work out together.  It's awesome.  And it hurts.  Hurts so good.  Follow along on Instagram to see what we're up to each day.

2)  We're planning a little getaway around some training I have coming up.  We'll be in Nasvhille, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and then finally Atlanta.  Any tips on what we should see while we're there???  (More info on Facebook, too.)

3) We're almost finished with our master bedroom. FINALLY. And, I cannot wait to show y'all.  Charlie gave some sneak peaks in his previous post.  Just a little more work on the trip and a few more finishing touches to the fireplace and it will officially be done!  You can't tell I'm excited, right?

Charlie

1) My parents live in Northern Illinois and this past week they had 10 inches of snow. Have to admit I was kind of jealous.  I like snow.

2) With that being said, I am really looking forward to spring getting here. This year I plan on planting a larger garden, since my girls absolutely love fruits and vegetables........And of course fishing season starts!!!!!!!!

3) Our little girl Guthrie is 10 months old and is seriously only a couple weeks away from full out walking. Just this week she has been standing straight up off the ground and staying there without holding onto anything. I'll have my hands full once she's off walking. An almost 3 year old and almost 1 year old running right past their dad.

Favorite pin of the week:

Because seriously.
Y'all know we have like a huge, huge, huge gun safe taking up way too much room in my house, right?
It's big and bulky and ugly.
But, this.
THIS is surrounded by gold itself.
gold = barnwood.
THIS is a safe I could get on board with!

Printable of the week:

This was part of our "Year of Printables" gift post.
See the rest HERE

Favorite meal of the week:

Our Healthy CrockPot Chicken Enchilada Soup!  We took a few recipes we found online, made them healthier and quicker, with less ingredients! Nothin' easier than throwing a bunch of stuff in a crockpot! Am I right!?

Thanks for hanging out with us today!
We hope you stop by again soon!

Finally Friday {Take 11}

Happy Friday y'all!  It's been a few weeks since we brought you the FINALLY FRIDAY posts, but don't you worry!  We're back this week!

Emily

1)  Why are there not enough hours in a day?  I work 9+ hours, come home, Charlie and I make dinner, I play with Paisley for all of about 3 seconds and it's already time for her bath and bedtime!  I'm trying my best to accomplish things after she goes to sleep, but that normally results in me being up way too late at night!

2)  My mom and I are finishing up her front porch this weekend and I'm so excited to show y'all the final reveal.  It's not even halfway finished yet, and I'm already in LOVE!  Things have changed colors, things have been built, sanded, painted, sprayed, re-purporsed and every other DIY thing you can imagine, has happened.  This may just be one of our best reveals ever....

How's that for a cliffhanger!!???

3)  My awesome friends forced talked me into running jogging walking a 5K with them in September.  I'm not a runner.  Not even a little bit.  I was a softball player and dancer in high school and was forced to do a lot of running and I hated it then too.  However, now it's a whole lot harder to get ready for.  At least in high school I was used to running!  Now, I run a mile and I die immediately after!  I'll let you know how it goes.

4)  Speaking of running, I really need to invest in a good pair of running shoes.  I like to tell myself that would help?  Suggestions???

5)  Paisley met one of our chicks, Loretta, the other day.  Did you see the video on Charlie's Instagram or our Facebook?  If not, you've got to see it.  IT IS TOOOOO ADORABLE

Charlie

1) Hey folks, it seems like it has been forever since I have looked at a computer screen. Speaking of not enough hours in the day I don't know how, you with multiple children survive the day.  The days I have Paisley I try to accomplish the household chores. You know laundry, dishes, picking up the house.  Yea, I feel like as soon as I get one task done another one gets added. Then throw a 15 month old in the mix, borderline paranoid schizophrenia sets in.  Mad props to you stay at home mom and dads especially those with multiple kids.

2)  My baby chicks are growing like wildfire.  Emily has already started to give them identity problems since everyone I pick up to show Paisley is named Loretta.

3)  I'm going to a livestock auction with a buddy this coming week.  Should be an interesting night. I'm sure Em will be sending me texts saying no more animals. ;)

4) Ok, its been awhile since we've done the finally Friday, so I figured I'd share another inspirational video with ya. (you probably need to get the tissues Leann).  It is a story about a young boy named Jayden Lamb. Jayden was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer that attacked his central nervous system. After he passed away at the age of 9 his parents decided to "pay it forward" in honor of their son.  Well, lets just say the rest is not history but proves that the future of humanity is not completely lost.

Hope that video inspires you this weekend!

Finally Friday {Take 9}

Well Hello there FRIDAY!!

Let's get right to it, shall we?

Emily

1)  Operation figure out the pool has officially begun.  Dirt work is basically finished and Saturday is THE DAY.  Hopefully by the time we write the next FINALLY FRIDAY, I'll be relaxing pool-side!!! :)

2)  Charlie taught Paisley to "shoulder shrug" this week and it may be the cutest, most sassiest thing I've ever seen.  She puts on her most sarcastic squinty smile and shrugs up one shoulder.  Hands down, she's gonna cause us problems! LOL!

3)  I'm getting caught up on my DVR'd Bachelorette's.  Holy Drama Boys!  I swear they're worse than girls!!!

4)  My mom and I are making plans to give her beautiful from porch a makeover and I'm so excited!  Follow me on Pinterest to see our inspiration!

5)  I feel like we have a zillion projects going right now!  Chicken coop, shed, pool, front porch, patio's, and the list goes on and on and on!  Did I mention I'm ready to relax by the pool???

Charlie

1) I started aqua therapy this week.....No not in our own pool, but a physical therapy facility.  Yeah, basically me with a bunch of 90 year old women talking about broken hips and bunions.

2) Now that I've put that mental picture into your head......Operation pool is in full effect.  All I have to say is thank god for good friends, cold beer and good food.

3) Speaking of good friends.  I am truly blessed to have such great friends.  A buddy of mine decided to give me a bunch of siding that I can eventually put on my shed when it gets complete.  Another friend volunteered to come down and build the shed for me. Good to know that even though I cant do much, I got friends to help.  Garth Brooks said it best with friends in low places.

4) Okay since my inspirational person of the week (Zach Sobiech) was such a hit with most of you, I figured I'd share another with you.  His name is Clay Dyer.  Some of you may not be into bass fishing like myself, but you need to look him up.  Just a bit of info on him.  He was born with no legs and only a partial arm and he bass fishes professionally.  Watch a video or read his story.  All I have to say is when you think your day is going bad, be grateful for what you have. When life gives you lemons, squeeze the sh@* outta them and make lemonade.

5) There will be no charge for the inspirational motivation given above...I'm off to go watch the lightening bugs fly (it's either that or bang my head against the wall watching that stuff you women call entertainment **THE BACHELORETTE **)

Follow along!

Finally Friday {Take 8}

Didn't we just write a FINALLY FRIDAY post!?!?  This week has flown by!

Emily

1.  Paisley falling down is no new thing.  She's only been walking a few weeks now so she's still a little unsteady.  But yesterday, she took a fall.  A big fall.  To say she has a goose egg on her forehead is an understatement.  I mean she has a GOOSE EGG, people!  Then later in the night she fell again and bit her lip.  Bloody lip and a goose egg.  Not a good day for P.J.

2.  Ummmm.....Oh. My. Goodness. Nashville!  Do y'all watch it?  Holy cliffhanger!  I cannot wait until next the fall when it comes back on.  It's one of my favorite shows!

3.  We had a really great couple of days this past weekend.  Friday night our friends came over and we had a little "patio party" where Paisley had a blast hanging out with all of her little friends.  She also got a car ride from her new little boyfriend. :)

Melt. My. Heart.  (right, Jessie???!!!)

Then, Saturday we had a birthday party for a sweet little 3 year old.  Sunday we went to church.  Paisley apparently ate everyone else's Cheerios during kid's Church.  Then, Pais spent her afternoon relaxing by the pool...

4.  Charlie's building a chicken coop.   Yep, a chicken coop.  Enough said.

5.  Ok, I will admit it.  I really want a pool, too.  Paisley's little palm tree version of a pool didn't cut it for me!

Charlie

1. Emily and I are going to a Junk/Antique open barn sale this weekend.  Not sure what to expect but I'm guessing my wife will find all kids of stuff....and by stuff I mean "stuff" that she can buy and have me fix up for her.

2.  If you haven't seen it on Facebook yet, you need to look up Zack Sobiech.  It's about a young teen who has a rare form of cancer who makes a video, not about dying but about living.  Very Inspirational.

3. Ok, so when my chickens start having eggs, guess who's not going to enjoy getting to eat them.  Emily

4. Another round of physical therapy tomorrow.  Amazing how 45 minutes of therapy can feel so good and hurt at the same time.

5.  Birthday weekend coming up!!! I can be excited because its the last one before I turn 30.....not looking forward to 30.

Have a great weekend! Thanks for stopping by!

Make sure you're following along!

Finally Friday {Take 7}

Hey Y'all Charlie here.....Well it's that time of the week again. It was brought to our attention (by family members) that Emily has been slacking and hasn't done a Finally Friday post in a couple weeks. So as Emily was leaving the house for work this morning I got instructions to write on the blog.

Charlie

 Insert soapbox

1. Okay, I usually don't like to complain about things I see when it doesn't directly involve me but...It drives me nuts when people on social networks complain/degrade/b*tch etc... about what other people are doing or saying.  Emily had shown me a couple different places on instagram facespace where people were saying nasty things to others for what they were doing, what they said, or even what they were wearing. These are grown adults who, behind a computer seem to act like they are above so many others.  I laugh at these "internet bullies" because to me, they are the true loser. You are spending your own short life on earth to say and do these things.  How about instead of making these comments you go and try to lick your elbow.

2. Wheww...I'm done.  On a better note, our lil girl went to the bathroom on her potty all by herself.  Stealing Emily's thunder...she'll give ya more info.

3. Surgery went well. Now I am on to physical therapy...I think physical therapists are the most sadistic people on earth. *Disclosure - If you are a physical therapist, I am sure you are a wonderful person, but I'm sure, secretly you like to hurt people. Haha.
Therapist: Show me how far you can bend your knee Charlie.
Me: Bending knee, oh-so-slowly and carefully.
Therapist: Very good, let me see your leg. Starts to put my leg in some sort of wrestling move and begins to wrench on it.
Me: Oh, @%$# .......@(*&^%......!!!!!!!!
Therapist: Oh you did wonderful today, Charlie. See ya next time.
Me: Yea, uh-huh....I'm gonna go get on a website and write nasty things about you. Refer back to comment 1.

4. My garden is planted and doing good.  Now just to keep the deer, raccoon's  rabbits, skunks, two labs and a weimaraner from eating all my vegetables!  Yea, our "special" dogs eat tomatoes and peppers right off the vine.  awesome..

5. All of you that are in favor of us getting a swimming pool say "I"!!!!.....I look at it as something I would need to help with rehab of my knee.  (Or where I can float on a raft and drink a margarita - because after dealing with comment #3, many Margaritas are needed.)

Emily

1.  WOW!  My hubby sure is pleasant this week isn't he!?!? HAHA!  Sounds like I need to get a margarita in him quick!

2.  It's true. Paisley went pee-pee on her potty this week!  Yes, she's only 12 months.  Nope, it hasn't happened again.  I bought it last weekend because it was a bargain and we all know I can't pass up a good deal! :)  Anyways...she found it and started investigating it.  I've always told Charlie that when a kid gets interested in the potty, you act on it.  You put them on it as soon as they show interest and you don't look back!  So, unfortunately, Charlie witnessed Paisley checkin' out her new potty.

In his most sarcastic voice ever, he looked at me and said "OK, she's showing interest, don't you have to put her on it right away!?!?".

I rolled my eyes and got up to prove my point, totally assuming I was about to eat my words!  I sat her on the potty and she started peeing instantly!!!! WWHHAATTT????!!!!!  Charlie and I both started screaming and he started snapping pictures with his phone because she was just so darn proud of herself after seeing our reaction! It was quite possibly the cutest thing ever!  She threw her arms up in the air and she had the biggest smile!  Charlie got this picture but she he was so excited, it's all blurry!  Totally a keeper though :)

3.  If you follow us on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook, you might have seen my Girls Night / Pinterest Party photo.  This week we had a "Mama's only" party and the Dad's were in charge of all our kiddos!  I have to say, we should do that more often! :)  We made dinner, had a glass or two of wine, and made tiki torch wine bottles! (more info in a post to come)  We had so much fun and it was nice to sit and relax instead of worrying about pulling one kid out of the toilet, or counting time outs, or telling the big girls that they can't do cartwheels over the babies.  On a full girls night, with kids, it's really just organized chaos and us Mama's are way outnumbered by kids.  But, we love it...and I know we'll look back and appreciate the stressful chaos one of these days!

4.  Ummmmm hello Charlie...I want a pool too!  Did you find someone to pay for it, yet????  NO? Ok. Let me know when you do!

5.  I get to shop for wedding stuff tomorrow and I'm kinda excited about it.  I'm helping one of my best friends plan her wedding and we're getting started tomorrow.  Details are surely to come!
You can check out my Pinterest board for some of our inspiration pins!

Finally Friday {Take 6}

Hey y'all!  It's FINALLY FRIDAY!!!

This week seems to have flown by, actually!  My partner in crime, Autumn, returned back to work this week from her maternity leave.  She had a sweet little baby boy, named Rylyn!  Since we spent most of the week getting her caught up with work and catching up as friends, the work week flew by!

We're bringing you our Friday Fives today as usual, but I'm also going to show you a little project I completed last Spring!  I planned to do a separate tutorial post for you, but apparently someone snuck into my house, grabbed my camera and deleted my "before" and "during" pictures from last year.  (because obviously, I wouldn't have deleted them myself... :/ )

anyways...

We finally have some spring weather showing up here and we jumped at the opportunity to work outside and plant some flowers.

One of our favorite places to be is outside, so we spend a lot of time on our back patio!  I picked up these planter boxes last year on clearance.  I think they were like 2 or 3 bucks each.  They were a silverish/grayish color.  Remember our Mr. and Mrs. Signs?  I used the same concept here to personalize the planters.  I used my Cricut machine and cut my letters out in vinyl.  I stuck them to the planter and then spray painted them brown.  I removed the vinyl stickers and........ VOILA!!!!

I like that it adds a little flair to the patio! (P.S. - lots of patio/outdoor DIY posts coming soon!)

Alright, onto our Friday Fives!!!

Emily

1)  Paisley give kisses now. . . enough said.  (seriously, melt my heart RIGHT NOW)

2)  This past weekend Charlie and I went to an Anniversary Party for some family friends.  We were talking to a group of people and one of our friend's mom started telling her sister about our blog.  She was telling her all about it and how she should check it out and then proceeds to tell her how AMAZING Charlie is!  It went something like this..."no really, you have got to check it out.  It will make you want to marry Charlie!"  (Charlie smiles and nudges my arm)  "Their bathroom makeover is enough to make you LUST for him!"  (Charlie smiles even bigger and again, nudges me {to make sure I'm hearing this}).  So, Rebecka I'd just like to thank you for giving my oh-so-talented hubby such a big ego!!!! haha!  Randomly all week, he has reminded me that women all over the world want to marry him and that they are all 'lusting' over him! Back to reality, Charlie!!! :) (disclaimer: I also think he is pretty amazing...just don't tell him!)

3)  Autumn and I are getting pedicures today! WOO to the HOO!!! I am in need of one in a really bad way!

4)  I hate it when my favorite T.V. shows don't have a new episode every week!

5)  I made some upgrades to the blog this week!  A new header and page tabs, new social media icons and an instagram feed!  And a new "about us" page!  What do you think???

Charlie

1) I know we as humans are supposed to forgive others for their wrong doings........but, I think that when they find the SOB's who did the Boston Marathon Bombing, they should let the Father of the little boy who died, and the other family members of those who also passed, do what they so please.  I cannot imagine the emotions one would have dealing with the loss of a child, family member, etc in such a way.

2) For awhile now Paisley has been shaking her head "yes" to every question you would ask her.  Well, Emily's friend Jen came to the house the other day and taught Paisley to shake her head "no".....Now Paisley has become confused on how to shake her head when asked a question so she makes a circle motion.  What goes around comes around Jen!!!

3) We get to spend the weekend with some great friends this weekend so we're excited about that.

4)  My home town of Ottawa, IL is having some major flooding.....there are 2 rivers (Fox and Illinois) that meet in the middle of town and are causing some major damage.  They have been evacuating people from their homes and have shut the high school down.  Please send a prayer out to these people who have been effected that they stay safe and don't lose their homes and belongings.

5) How much wood could a woodchuck, chuck.  If a woodchuck, could chuck wood?  I'm not real sure but if a woodchuck is any good at making some furniture I could sure use a hand. (and for those of you who just started clapping, we're not friends anymore).  Have a great weekend y'all.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Make sure you're following along!  See you next week!

Finally Friday {Take 5}

Hey guys!  It's Finally Friday!  Woooo Hoooo!!!!

We didn't have a Friday post last week since we were hanging out at the beach! :)

But, we've been back this week with our Beach vacation photo's and our Faucet Face Lift.  We're going to keep the bathroom DIY projects comin' so stay tuned!

Here's are Friday Five's....

Emily

1)  I won't even try to lie.  I could have handled another week at the beach...

2)  We're having a huge yard sale tomorrow at my mom's house.  We have so much stuff it's kinda crazy.     Charlie says I'm a hoarder.  I just think I see potential in everything.... (did I mention I hate yard sale pricing?..ugghhhh)

3)  Paisley is soooo close to walking!  She's taking a few steps at a time and I'm pretty sure she'll be on the move by her birthday!

4)  Speaking of her birthday, we are of course having fun planning her first birthday party!  I've partnered up with this adorable ETSY shop and have the cutest theme in the works!  Can't wait to show you!

5)  Again, speaking of birthdays, I just had one.  Once you're over 21, they just aren't that fun anymore.  I don't want to grow up!!! :)

Charlie

1) I'm not much of a beach person, something about sharks and sand doesn't do it for me like deer and woods do......but I'm not gonna lie, I could have stayed for another week too.

2) My wife is a hoarder....no questions, she doesn't see potential she thinks, Oh...I can put this into a storage tote and Charlie can move it around in the garage for all of eternity.

3) The new song "Boys Round Here" by Blake Shelton is one of my favorite songs out right now.  Paisley really likes it too and has been learning to dance as she tries to walk.

4)  Some of you may know that I am an Under Armour freak.....if they make it, I want it.  Well, recently I had a couple items that needed to be returned due to use/defect.  I've got to say they have some of the best customer service and return policies. If you are not satisfied with the product they will replace or give you your money back guaranteed.  Now, that is how all companies should run their business. Jack!!!

5)  While going through all of the yard sale stuff, I came across a tote that had a bunch of items from my best friend who passed away in 2007.  It never gets easier not being able to call and catch up on the phone, or stop and have a beer with him, but as I get older I can look back at the times I got to spend with him and realize life is short so cherish the moments you get to spend with family and friends.

Our favorite new recipe of the week were Mama Laughlin's (one of my favorite bloggers) awesome Stuffed Peppers!  We've been eating healthy lately and choosing low calorie, low carb recipes and this one was a really tasty change from what we're used to! We are P.I.C.K.Y eaters...like really picky.  So, we really just used the peppers as a little added spice and only ate the stuffing! But, hey..at least we tried it! We've gotta start somewhere!

You can find the recipe HERE!  Let us know what you think!  Thanks for stopping by!

Now excuse us while we drown in yard sale tubs...

Wish us luck....

Finally Friday {Take 4}

Happy Friday!  What have you guys been up to this week?  It seems like this week has flown by for us!  We  finished up our bathroom renovation, had a couple of meetings, a jewelry party, Girl's Night, doctor appointments and now it's Finally Friday and we have NO PLANS! Woo Hoo!!!  You know how that goes though.  We are having a yard sale in a few weeks so we're planning to spend all weekend Spring {<--- I wish. More like 'It's March and freezing cold and snowing') Cleaning the house and pricing!  I plan on relaxing a little bit in there somewhere!

Here's our Friday Five's for y'all:

Emily

1)  The highlight of my entire week was spending all day Sunday at my Nana's house learning to use my new sewing machine.  We made this adorable little dress for Paisley.  I call that a successful lesson!

2)  We have a festival every September in our little town called the Apple Festival.  My Dad leads a large team of people, almost all year round to organize, plan and put on this huge event.  He convinced me to join the team this year and I attended my first meeting on Tuesday.  It's exciting to be a part of this amazing group of people and I can't wait until September!

3)  As I was typing my number 2 ^.... Charlie was loading the dishwasher and decided to remove Paisley's high chair cover and throw it in the washer.  Let's just say I won't be showing you a picture of the stock pile our little squirrel had hiding under there.  Yikes.  Ewwww.  Please tell me this happens at your house, too???? PLEASE!

4)  I was able to close a large sale at work this week and it's such a great feeling when you work so hard, and spend so much time on something, and it works out for your in the end.  It makes it all worth it.

5)  Seriously, someone tell me how to turn up the SPRING around here!  I follow a few bloggers on my Instagram and one of them posted a picture wearing a tank top!  I'm still scraping my car windows every morning and this girls sportin' a cute tank!!! UUUGGGHHHH!

Charlie

1) I've been trying to set a goal for myself to accomplish everyday around the house.  Now when I say goal, I use the term lightly....sometimes they are very small tasks like force myself to load the dishwasher.  So far, this has been working out awesome.  Tonight, I cleaned the wash machine.....Crazy?!?!? (that's what I was thinking too) try it, you'll be very surprised. 1 Cup of white vinegar soaked in hot cycle for about an hour.

2) Sometimes I think Doctors like to see their patients squirm in pain.  I told you where it hurts, you don't have to poke it with your finger and bend it the opposite way of what it normally would go before it was hurt.

3) Have you seen the show "Flea Market Flip" on HGTV?  Pretty cool show, where they give two different groups money to purchase items at a flea market, refurbish them, and re-sell them.  Whoever makes the most wins.  All I got to say is sign us up!!!!

4)  I'm pretty sure Emily is jealous of all you other bloggers who are at Blissdom right now...I'm just jealous that it's in Texas and it's warm there.  I've never been to Texas but it's definitely on the bucket list.

5)  I'm glad the bathroom is complete!!!!!! It felt like we flash backed to when we were building the house while trying to live in it at the same time.  Remodels always seem like they take longer than expected and give you that feeling of "what have we done!?"  But in the end it is all worth it.

So, we've been showing you these awesome recipes the past few weeks in our Finally Friday series.  Are you ready to see this week's???

Yep, that's right.  We had pizza from our favorite local pizza joint.  Then this pic ^ is from the following day before we heated it up for leftovers.  We're far from over-achievers folks.  People are busy these days.  That's why they have Pizza Pick-Up.  Sometimes there's not enough time for awesome Pinterest-Blog-Worthy Recipe's.  Right!?!?

We did, however, post our Bathroom Remodel {on a budget} and got to guest post over at Love of Family and Home.  If you haven't checked them out, make sure you do!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!  We'll be back next week to show you our first of the DIY bathroom projects!

Have a great weekend!

Finally Friday {Take 3}

Happy Friday y'all!  How's your week been?  It's supposed to be around 70 degrees today and that alone is enough to make me jump for joy!  I'm beyond tired of this gloomy, cold weather!  Bring on the sunshine!!!  I'm sure in about 4 months we'll all be complaining about the heat, but oh well!

So, welcome to the third edition of FINALLY FRIDAY!

Emily

1)  Charlie brought it to my attention this week that our sweet baby girl will be ONE in 6 short weeks!  Where in the world did the past year go!?!?  No one told me time would fly this fast! (ok, technically I guess they did.  People say that all the time. I thought it was just a saying?? - apparently not!)

2)  Ever since I saw this post on my friend Tonya's blog, I just had to find myself a little vintage fan for our bathroom makeover.  We were lucky enough to find one last weekend at a St. Louis antique mall!  It was even the perfect color!  (pictures to come soon in the big reveal post!)

3)  I bought a new camera bag from my friend Chelsi, my favorite 31 rep. :)  It holds all of my lenses and accessories safely and it is just so darn cute!  Follow me on Instagram to see the picture!    (bonfiresandwine)

4)  The time change is so hard to adjust to, but it's great for a blogger that works full time!  Coming home at 5:00 in the pitch black does not make for pretty pictures :(  Coming home at 5:00 when the sun is still shining is wonderful!

5)  Did I mention I'm ready for spring!?!? Because, I am!!!

Charlie

1)  I have joined the majority of the world with my love of coffee......well I guess its not exactly coffee its cappuccino, but I almost feel like I'm not ready for the day to start without a cup first thing in the morning.

2) Some people should not be allowed to be on Facebook. (that is all)

3) My wisdom teeth are deciding to come in...Ouch!!! Now I know why Paisley gets fussy when her teeth start to come in.

4)  I love it when an idea for a project comes together like you imagined it would.....I know Emily keeps hinting about the bathroom reveal but trust me, its pretty awesome.

5) Knock Knock......Who's there??? Aida......Aida who?  Aida sandwich for lunch today..........Haha, anyways..... have a good weekend and if you are looking for some good tunes to check out, try Mumford and Sons - I Will Wait and Kenny Chesney - Pirate Flag.

Did you see our weekly recipe picture on our FACEBOOK page the other day?  Using our Pinterest Menu Planning method, we made this Buffalo Chicken & Potatoes recipe and it was pretty darn good!  It's straight from the Pillsbury website.

Even though it says "buffalo" in the name, it's not overly spicy at all!
You can find the recipe right here!  Let us know if you try it out!

That's it for us today, guys!  Hope you have a great weekend! Thanks so much for stopping by today!
